Taft Ridge Metropolitan District Nos. 2 & 3

The Taft Ridge Metropolitan District Nos. 2 and 3 (“Districts”) are a governmental entity and political subdivision of the State of Colorado, designed to serve as a perpetual quasi-municipal corporation operating with a resident elected five-person Board of Directors. The primary purpose of the districts is to finance the infrastructure required by the development and to provide an ongoing institutional structure for the operation and maintenance of recreation, landscaping, and other public infrastructure.
